Quoted fees are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. We reserve the right to revise our fee schedule at any time; changes will not apply to confirmed engagements.
We treat all information shared with us in the course of a consultancy engagement as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your business information or the details of your engagement to any third party without your consent, except where required by law.
Our services are limited to non-reserved legal activities. We do not provide services that constitute reserved legal activities as defined by the Legal Services Act 2007. Where your matter requires the involvement of a regulated solicitor, barrister, or other authorised legal professional, we will advise you accordingly.
Nothing in our advice constitutes legal advice that creates a solicitor-client relationship. Lex Lighthouse is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on our consultancy output without seeking independent regulated legal advice where appropriate.
Documents and materials drafted by Lex Lighthouse for you as part of a paid engagement become your property upon receipt of full payment. We retain the right to use anonymised, non-identifiable examples of our work for educational and marketing purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from your use of or reliance on our consultancy services.
